Limited Cow Mat Warranty

North West Rubber Mats Ltd. (NW Rubber) offers the following limited warranty on mats produced for equine use.
1. NW Rubber warrants that all products it supplies will meet the applicable product specifications supplied
2. If defects appear during the warranty period, NW Rubber will, at its sole option and as the customer's exclusive remedy, repair or replace the defective product at the applicable charge, provided that NW Rubber receives written notice of the defect within 10 days of the end of the warranty period and proof of purchase. This Warranty applies to materials only and does not include delivery, installation or removal costs. 3. Any defect determined by NW Rubber to be attributable to customer alteration, modification, negligence or misuse is not covered by this warranty. 4. THIS IS THE ONLY WARRANTY OFFERED BY NW RUBBER. NW RUBBER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF THE MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 5. This warranty applies to materials only and does not include delivery or labor costs. Designs, data and other technical information supplied by NW Rubber is supplied “AS IS” and is not covered by this or any other warranty, except as expressly stated otherwise by NW Rubber in writing. 6. NW Rubber has no control over how its products and technology will be used by its customers. NW Rubber does not make any representations or warranties that products or technology will work in specific applications. 7. IN NO EVENT WILL NW RUBBER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE OR OTHER ECONOMIC LOSS. IN NO EVENT WILL NW RUBBER'S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER TO NW RUBBER FOR THE PRODUCT AT ISSUE. 8.
