PlayFALL rubber safety tiles provide the optimum fall safety for kids play environments. Install a PlayFALL surface and eliminate the need to fill in the holes, remove animal wastes and potentially dangerous hidden objects.

When kids play, they also fall, and that's where PlayFALL comes to the rescue. PlayFALL is designed to meet the stringent ASTM requirements for playground fall safety and is available in a variety of thicknesses to match the fall heights of most play equipment and events.

Created from recycled rubber, diverting tonnes of waste from landfills, PlayFALL Safety Tiles are durable, resilient and porous to allow free drainage, and available in three top finishes- our “Basic Series” of Black or Pigment colours, our "Planet Series" and our “EPDM Series” of custom colour EPDM granules.

PlayFALL INSTALLATION
PlayFALL Safety Tiles are connected using an Interlocking Pin system in conjunction with a caulking type of adhesive.
As per the diagram, PlayFALL is designed to be placed in an “offset Brick” grid pattern with alternating rows beginning with a half tile. PlayFALL's Interlocking System allows for the tiles to be installed equally well over either a hard surface sub-base such as concrete, or a well compacted granular surface. This easy installation method ensures a safe and secure play surface, while reducing preparation costs and minimizing maintenance visits.

1 Part Adhesive - 1 and 5 gallons.
2 Part Adhesive - 1 and 5 gallons.

PF825 adhesive will bridge gaps up to 3/8". Designed to bond rubber, it has a very predictable cure rate and thixotropic nature. Excellent moisture and heat resistance.

PlayFALL Loose Fill Crumb Rubber:
Loose Crumb Rubber made from 100% Recycled Rubber providing a safe, resilient, non-abrasive surface for your play areas. Meets ASTM standard (1292-93) for 10’ fall height @ 6” depth. Easily installed and maintained over existing surfaces. Sold in bulk bags, 50 - 1000 lb. 1 sq. ft. @ 6” deep = 14 lbs.
PlayFALLWear Pads
Eliminates ditches at the end of slides or under swings. A 1.75” tile and a .75” mat provides a 48” critical fall height. Also available in 4’ x 4’ x1.50” solid wear pads.
Landscape Fabric - 36"x300' roll - For use over compacted aggregate.
